In addition to ensuring client success, you will play a direct role in the growth, change and innovation of the business by establishing vertical strategic plans and initiatives. You are also able to balance the needs of your customers against operational targets while at the same time providing world-class service and satisfaction.Manage a global team of Client Service Managers and Directors who maintain relationships with TaskUs clients and provide strategic consulting on these client's global customer experience strategyManage some of TaskUs' top client relationships, a portfolio of business with a focus on FinTechPartner with TaskUs clients to continuously improve their process and technology to streamline their customer experience.Interface between TaskUs clients and TaskUs operations to ensure TaskUs clients are receiving the world class services we are known for, and TaskUs employees remain the happiest team in the outsourcing industry.Grow TaskUs client relationships by identifying and selling new services to existing clients.Requirements:Deep experience in Financial Services with a focus on Financial Crime, Compliance/KYC and AML, supporting in areas such as fraud detection, investigations and back office functionsExtensive knowledge on the different FinTech products and services including cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, smart contracts, mobile-only stock trading, peer-to-peer lending, insurtechProven success with introducing innovations to clients such as automated customer service technology, chatbots, and AI interfacesWell-versed on a global-scale with evolving FinTech industry trends, challenges, and regulation requirementsActively engaged with the FinTech startup community8+ years of experience leading large scale global contact center operations in a mixed outsourced and in-house environment5+ years leading client services or consulting organizationsStrong entrepreneurial mindsetStrong experience and understanding of workforce management, business intelligence and financials. Specifically - you have working familiarity with at least one WFM system (ex. Nice, Verint, Teleopti) one BI system (ex.
