The Digital Products & Partnerships team at Marsh Digital aims to deliver products and experiences that delight our customers (Marsh clients and colleagues) and unlock business value at global scale. Our strategy is underpinned by four key guiding principles: Create: Globally scalable products that offer frictionless, efficient and consistent digital experiences to our customers Optimize: Existing products, processes, and experiences to maximize customer/business value Demonstrate: Agile product delivery experience Enable: Insights driven conversations that amplify customer engagement In this role, you will: Drive the end-to-end product vision and strategy for our existing and new digital products Define, own, and continuously evolve product roadmaps, backlogs, and user stories based on customer needs and business strategy Partner closely with key stakeholders to include clients, colleagues, business strategy, design, engineering, marketing, operations creative agencies etc. to execute on the product strategy with a sense of urgency Shape a learning agenda to uncover opportunities and validate customer need Ensure a strong customer-centric and outside-in focus on all things product such as design thinking, feedback loop, competitive/industry analyses Ideate new product constructs, build business cases, and gain buy-in to start product development Take a disciplined and analytical approach toward measuring product success by clearly defining customer/business focused metrics and establishing the required infrastructure to measure progress Play a key role in defining and shaping Marsh Digital's organizational culture Demonstrate a high level of intellectual curiosity Thrive in change and have a passion to harness the energy of a fast-paced environment to create meaningful customer/business value Are empathetic toward customer needs, and ground product-related assumptions in human centered design Obsess over knowing your customers better and removing friction from their experiences Have a bias toward action and learning, and possess a proven track record of delivering digital products to market at rapid speed Are passionate about inspiring others and bringing them along on the journey Are a fantastic storyteller who can communicate complex ideas clearly Have a passion for emerging technologies (e.g. - Blockchain, AI, Machine Learning, NLP, RPA etc) and how they are used to deliver great products and experiences Previous experience in insurance, insurtech, financial services preferred Experience working with Agile product development methodologies (e.g. - Scrum) preferred At least 7-10 years' experience in digital marketing, UX/design, or digital product management (web & mobile) Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred R_010465-en
