Our Client is seeking a Senior UX Designer with a proven track record of SaaS product design leadership, communication, and extensive hands-on UI design, interaction design and UX-testing experience. You will tackle business requirements, reflecting customer input and usability, through innovative conceptual design and carry those designs through an agile iterative process into implementation. You will work collaboratively with our clients, team of engineers, designers and executives, leading Criterion's product innovation to drive business impact. Sr. UX Designer Required Skills Strong design skills combined with pragmatic vision and decision making Experience designing enterprise grade, user-focused design solutions and applications Ability to construct interactive experiences using HTML andor prototyping software Proficiency in a multitude of design tools such as Adobe creative Suite, Figma, Principle Understand the code that informs design and user interaction decisions Strong communication skills translating into the ability to actively participate in product vision and release planning sessions with engineering and C Level Executives along with the ability to translate complex UXInteraction design concepts concisely and persuasively across different audiences Act as an intermediary between engineering, product management, UX, clients, and customer success leadership to distill complex processes into intuitive and elegant user experiences Considerable experience taking user specifications and working with developers to see your design through to implementation Ability to assert strong opinions and make user focused decisions always advocating, inventing, and simplifying on their behalf. Nuanced capacity to analyze tradeoffs to drive informed decisions Must have experience successfully working and multitasking in cross-functional, diverse, and fast paced environments within the tech industry Minimum Experience Required 7+ years of UX Design experience.
