IntroductionAs IBM doubles down its focus on growth, it is critical to foster an entrepreneurial mindset with outside-in thinking and rapid experimentation. IBM has a long history of investing in innovation and, to continue that investment, we are excited to announce the launch of IBM Organic Growth Ventures. The OGV program has been created to give our best ideas a chance to solidify into sound products and business models in search of the next game-changing innovative products. The program will make many small risky bets and use best practices to conduct in-market experiments to quickly amplify those bets that show progress.
