  • Client of Express Employment Professionals is currently looking to hire a mid-entry level Technical Support Specialist.


    ?


    -Position requires 1-3 years of recent experience.


    -Must be able to travel about 20% of the time or 3-4 times a year

    Job Duties:



  • The IT Support Specialist reviews, analyzes, troubleshoots and resolves incoming calls from customers regarding technical software.

  • When necessary may troubleshoot via remote to access customers site.

  • Interacts and coordinates with other departments to resolve customers? issues including escalation and follow up.

  • Monitors ticketing system to ensure all tickets are resolved in a timely fashion

  • Provides all point of contract for returns

  • Provides technical testing of all returned hardware

  • Conducts remote and on-site software training as necessary







  • Position requires strong computer operations including Windows, connectivity and understanding of internet network.

  • PC and hardware troubleshooting utilizing phone and remote access.

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Solid Verbal and communication skills

  • Bilingual a plus English & Spanish but not required

  • Experience with samRF/Stratis a plus NOT required
