What You Need for this Position

10+ years of experience working within a Talent organization with direct experience in recruiting operations
-Recruiting all levels of talent across a range of functions as a corporate in-house recruiter or in an RPO model
-Onboarding, integrating, managing, and offboarding recruiting related technology tools/vendors and agencies
-Recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles in the technology industry
-Data driven approach to measuring program effectiveness and recruiting tool usage & ROI
-Building, revising, and delivering recruiting processes in a rapidly growing global organization
-Recruiting related metrics and reporting
-Data analysis and reporting
-Track record and extensive experience in direct sourcing, candidate assessment, as well as recruiting principles, theories, and concepts
-Recruiting for software, product, digital, or strategy consulting positions
-Designing recruitment strategies for large markets (diversity, overall sourcing, recruitment marketing/branding, etc.)
-High standards, continuously raising the bar, delivering with a sense of urgency; operating with a strong customer relationship and satisfaction approach

What You Will Be Doing

Duties include, but aren't limited to:
-Oversee partnerships with leadership and stakeholders to manage crucial talent needs and enhance creative strategies to attract and assess talent
-Manage talent acquisition teams and hire executive leaders across various functions of the organization
-Oversee talent management processes
-Develop a dynamic portfolio sourcing approach and manage requisitions as the recruiter for key roles across business units
-Conduct preliminary interviews and salary negotiations of qualified candidates
-Manage, evaluate and develop innovative direct sourcing plans to attract diverse, high-caliber talent to expand our core, developing, and emerging businesses
-Oversee talent pipelines for critical & recurring roles as well as provide market intelligence to stakeholders
-Evaluate, create, and implement training programs for talent organization (recruiters, sourcers, recruiting coordinators), hiring managers, and interviewers.
-Communicate any process updates and own any change management with the global recruiting team, hiring managers, interviewers, and the leadership team.
-Manage vendor and agency relationships, serving as the primary contact and administrator on current tools and agencies
-Routinely measure tool usage and ROI of sourcing platforms (subscription and contingency based), third party staffing firms/partners, productivity tools
-Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Marketing, Procurement, Legal, etc.
