**Job Description**

Are you a highly motivated, forward thinking talented individual who is passionate about making an impact, who can drive the next generation of growth in the System Z server platform including Crypto as a Service, LinuxOne, Blockchain and Cloud.

Do you have the natural ability to seek out new clients as well as help existing customers deploy new workloads on to existing platforms ? Do you have a background in IT, business development and Sales ? Can you break down doors and open conversations across all lines of IT and business. Are you someone who can see and develop opportunities as they arise, grow revenue streams, build relationships and bring new clients to the platform, Can You really connect with clients, so they understand how reliable this mainframe can be? Do you understand current market trends and know how to act on this information ? IF so read on ......

We are looking for someone who will enjoy the challenge of becoming our next new workload leader in UKI .You will need to be a self starter, driven and ready to work as a leader across the Z business helping support the existing sales team, our business partners as well as other parts of IBM.

You will need to be a dynamic individual who can take the Z platform to new clients, motivate our sales teams to drive **new workload** on to the IBM mainframe platform. Help lead the business successfully, so we ready for the next decade. You will show strength as strong standout colleague and leader, who loves a challenge and can bring together disparate parts of IBM and our clients. You as our successful candidate will instinctively build and drive new sales opportunities as well as helping drive through to a completed sale.

You will actively engage clients, establishing trust and credibility in our ability to help them grow their businesses. Solving strategic and tactical business problems with IBM confirmed Z technology solutions.

You will have a consistent trajectory and record of sales leadership and a successful track record of leading teams in the pursuit of opportunities.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

Strong proven track record in Sales, client facing, C-suite relationships,

Proven track record of sales leadership,

Successful track record of leading teams in the pursuit of new workload, new clients and >$0.5m opportunities

General understanding of IBM Mainframe and concept

Background in Business development

Lead generation

Background in IT, or has worked for a similar constructed organisation

Understands Market trends and can use this to your strength

Understanding and ability to promote reliability of the mainframe

Experience of driving new workloads

Can work with different work groups ( technical and non technical ) to drive positive outcomes

**Preferred Tech and Prof Experience**


ALSO Server sales experience , Social Selling
