Systems Engineer, Lead
Are you looking for an opportunity to combine your technical skills with big picture thinking to make an impact in the DoD tactical space? As a leader in systems engineering, we're looking for you to solve complex challenges and shape the modernization of the tactical edge by leading the design and architecture of future solutions within Booz Allen. The futures team will trust you to not only design and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. Share your expertise through leadership and mentoring, while broadening your skillset into areas like Bittorrent, NoSQL databases, AI and ML, Blockchain, ATAK, 5G and others. Join our team and create the future capabilities for the DoD and other agencies . This position is open to remote delivery from any location in the U.S., to include the District of Columbia .

-8+ years of experience with leading client-facing digital and technical engagements using a variety of solutions in the DoD
-5+ years of experience with architecting cloud-based solutions
-5+ years of experience with developing data architectures, including data lakes
-5+ years of experience with leading the definition and implementation of technical design
-5+ years of experience with relational database management systems, including PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle DB, MySQL, or CassandraDB
-2+ years of experience with the fundamentals of Big Data architecture and usage in addition to designing solutions on Cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure
- Ability to create systems engineer diagrams, architectures, and solutions
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree required
Nice If You Have:
-Experience with communicating highly complex technical information clearly and articulately at all levels and audiences
-Experience with advanced data engineering solutions
-Experience with applying current and emerging technology integration solutions and trends, including AI and ML, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and DoD security and regulatory requirements
-Knowledge of certification and accreditation processes for enterprise government solutions
