Cisco's Strategic Execution Office is an organization that achieves enterprise-wide success by synchronously executing across Cisco's 6 strategic pillars, which are: Secure, Agile Networks, Future of Work, Optimized Application Experience, Internet for the Future, End-to-end Security, and Capabilities at the Edge. In addition to the 6 strategic pillars, we have 2 horizontal pillars driving cross-functional change, which are: Evolved GTM and RTM for Growth and Business Cadence. The Strategic Execution Office's mandate is to partner with the Executive Leadership Team, General Managers, and functional leaders to accelerate execution on the company's overall strategy.
What You'll Do
As Strategy & Planning Manager for the Strategic Execution Office, you will establish, facilitate and drive the strategy, vision and execution of the organization to ensure all teams are aligned to the business priorities and are empowered to make informed decisions to achieve business performance goals.

You will work cross-functionally with the Strategic Execution Office, Customer Experience, and Operations organizations!
Who You Are
Have a need for the data and numbers to be RIGHT. You can quickly network across Cisco to get the right access to data (including businesses on separate systems). Understand the business context behind the numbers, this means you are working closely with the offering leaders. Understand the numbers, then simplify and frame key decision points for the ELT
* 4+ years of work experience focused on Consulting or Strategy & Planning
* Able to define and direct multiple workstreams, and distill and deliver insights
* Highly collaborative; able to leverage expertise across teams, partner with leaders, and think creatively about tackling complex challenges
* Advanced Excel skill. Salesforce, SQL, and Tableau knowledge are a plus
* Understanding of modeling, forecasting, databases, and data structure
* Demonstrated strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
* Identifies as "high complete"
* Self-motivated requiring little supervision
* Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
