Date Posted:2021-08-10-07:00Country:United States of AmericaLocation:HIA32: Cedar Rapids, IA 400 Collins Rd NE , Cedar Rapids, IA, 52 USA The Sr. Refresh Lead will be responsible for preparing new devices for our users and Field Services team to ensure a smooth PC refresh.Primary Responsibilities:Focal point for issues and escalations from other refresh techniciansTroubleshooting imaging and/or software installation issues in coordination with the Client Engineering departmentManage and secure the local refresh inventoryUnboxing PC and peripheralsPreparing PCs for the computer refresh program including imaging and adding additional softwarePreparing computers and peripherals for shipmentShipping devices to End Users and Field TechniciansReceiving used devices and preparing them for re-use or disposalBasic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience OR In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is requiredMinimum of 6 years managing PC Deployment and/or inventory management.Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holderMust be willing and able to travel 10% of the timeTroubleshooting application and imaging issuesSelf-motivated, proactive and proven ability to adapt well and work with different teams within organizationDemonstrated ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.Ability to operate as an individual contributor to get the job done; at the same time be able to guide a team toward an objective.Excellent customer service and communication skillsExperience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.Must be highly organized and able to work effectively under time pressure.Preferred Qualifications: Industry accreditations are Preferred (ITIL)Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
