Responsible for understanding business challenges and ideas, gathering and translating complex business requirements into application software solutions to add value to the business. Understands and supports organizational goalspriorities and contributes to strategic decisions. Leads and facilitates requirements-related events and solution activities through design thinking process, e.g. brainstorming sessions, focus groups, interviews, observation, requirements workshops etc. Responsible for analyzing industry and market trends in Value Chain Activities to determine leading edge, best in class IT solutions while analyzing their impact on our client's IT landscape. Responsible for engaging third-party technology solution vendors and leading the RFP process for vendor selection. Sr. IT Business Solutions Analyst will be responsible for the creation of the IT solution approach, justification of the solution and presentationcommunication of the solution to support preparation of business case for funding. Lead and manage POCs and MVP project teams for new technological solutions. Strong leadership and partnering skills to work with project delivery teams and third party vendors for realization of the solution. Translate rapidly transforming business needs from Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales and Marketing areas into functionaltechnical requirements including proposing various alternative solutions or options for implementation with pros and cons. Leading evaluation of new technologies andor vendor software and platforms are critical components of this position. Consider and balance the need for new technology vs using capabilities of existing solutions. Define and document conceptual solution designs. Help shape the IT strategic roadmap that will be crucial in the transforming and accelerating of business results. Engage third parties to manage software demonstrations and proof of concepts (POC) to aid quick business decision-making. Lead the RFP process and make recommendation for vendor technology and vendor selection. Work closely with global and local IT team, Business Solution Architects and business team on POCs and MVP studies. Manage and lead POCs and MVP projects for new technological solution projects. Bachelor's degree in IT (such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Finances degree) preferred but non-IT Bachelor's degree considered with a minimum of 10 years of IT Infrastructure work experience. 10+ years of experience in networking, infrastructure or database architecture. 3+ years of application development experience. Total years work-related experiences Minimum 12 years IT experience preferred. Must be self-motivated, thrives on working across multiple teams, and can use technology to solve complex business problems. Ability to identify poor user experiences, technical inefficiencies, or manually intensive business processes in Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales and Marketing areas. Enthusiasm to solve complex problems, learn new systems, and analyze business processes, to improve the overall user experience. Ability to work independently. Expert knowledge of business processes, industry standards and best practices in Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales and Marketing. Deep understanding of business processes and IT technology implementation experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales and Marketing. Strong understanding and implementation experience of one or more of the following SAP modules SD, LE, APO, SCM Experience with one or more of the following application solution is desired Salesforce or other CRM solutions, RPA, TMS, Blockchain. Knowledge and experience with cloud based solutions. Knowledge andor experience in a DevOps environment and Agile project methodology. Ability lead and manage POCs with third party vendors and internalIT resources. Attention to detail, ability to multitask and manage concurrent assignments. Good knowledge in Reporting tools Tableau, Business Objects, Power BI Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio Must be able to readwrite in Spanish. Must be able to readwrite basic Portuguese. Must be currently eligible to work in the United States without the need for any type of sponsorship.
