Objectives
As a member of the Industry Solutions team in Oracle s Cloud Business Group, you ll be responsible for the following metrics:

  • Underpinned by emerging technologies IoT, BlockChain, AI, Chatbot - Defining and creating innovative industry-specific solutions, content, messages, concepts and campaigns to increase revenue and market-share
  • Improving Oracle s win/loss ratio; Increasing the average deal size
  • Elevating the quality of vertical and cross-industry content to support sales cycles
  • Strengthening customer & stakeholder relationships and satisfaction
  • Influencing the influencers both within Oracle and external marketplace
  • Support social marketing and web content for industries

This new role in our Industry Solutions Group will be pivotal in defining, designing and helping create cross pillar solutions, content and messaging that provides our customers and arms our Sales organization with a clear industry solution proposition to achieve measurable business outcomes with maximum ROI. Propositions anchored in the emerging technologies of IoT, BlockChain, AI and Chatbot.
Key job elements include:
  • Leading the definition and execution of cross-pillar industry solutions anchored in emerging technologies AI, Blockchain, Chatbot, Internet of Things.
  • Driving solutions cross-Industry, but with a strategic focus on digital cloud solutions for HCM and ERP.
  • Contributing to industry thought leadership through constantly synthesizing emerging technology and product capabilities into solutions and content that may be consumed and used by the field.
Preferred Qualifications

You are the ideal candidate if you possess:
A strong background in consulting, sales and marketing.
Experience at a digital agency or digital integrator, where you will have led the definition of high value industry propositions.
Work experience/industry knowledge in Industrial Manufacturing, Healthcare & Life Sciences, High Tech, Industrial Manufacturing, Retail or a range of others.
Clearly demonstrable knowledge of how emerging technologies may be deployed as part of an integrated business solution core to edge
  • Knowledge of Cloud computing, SaaS, ERP, CRM, HCM (HR and Talent) and or Business Intelligence.
  • Demonstrable experience building outcomes based use cases and track record in working with development organisations to turn solution vision into reality.
  • Executive presence to communicate to a senior audience including customers and internal stakeholders with confidence and authority
  • Outstanding oral and presentation communication skills
  • Proven aptitude to work in a virtual team environment and ability to build consensus
  • Get it done attitude with an ability work in a fast-paced environment.
Travel Component:A global role with approximately 10 - 20% travel may be required to successfully fill this role.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Development and field education of industry solutions and associated marketing assets.
As an Industry Solutions Manager you will participate in every stage of the solution definition lifecycle to ensure successful definition, development and roll-out of the solution to Oracle sales and partner personnel.
Drive the implementation of programs in support of the cloud business group marketing strategy with a clear focus on utilisation of assets on Sales Central.
Build a strong relationship with key internal stakeholders across but not limited to regional sales, product, marketing and solutions consulting organisations.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
Ability to work with Executives. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication.

As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables.

Team player. Experience using or implementing Oracle, SAP, or Peoplesoft applications. Basic HTML and web technology skills a plus. 8 years technology/industry experience and BA/BS/MBA degree.
