As part of Blume solution development team you will use the latest innovations in artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, blockchain, big data, intelligent robotic process automation and Internet of Things to create a vibrant supply chain ecosystem that is truly collaborative, purposeful and focused on real value creation.

We are building a new team and hiring Enterprise Sales Reps who hunt, nurture and lead the sales process. We are seeking proven sales leaders who can identify customer's pain points and present an accurate solution to solve the problem. This is an excellent role if you if you're a "tech geek" at heart who loves technology but would rather be in a client facing role explaining & demonstrating all the awesomeness of our revolutionary technology and how it can improve their supply chain processes.

  • Close new business software bookings in a defined geographic and/or vertical area
  • Position and sell the full value of Blume Global product portfolio to maximize sales, customer growth and customer satisfaction, leveraging a preemptive and consultative customer engagement model, and an established sales process
  • Prospect Enterprise accounts, generate interest, qualify and develop new business. Organizational mastery to manage multiple deals at any time.
  • Proactively research and analyze available customer situational information to build and position a preemptive value proposition; construct and deliver customer propositions which are concise, compelling and valuable in the eyes of the prospect or the customer


  • 'A' player with proven track record of success selling enterprise software business applications to Fortune 1000 type accounts.
  • Must have 2+ years Enterprise Software Sales experience (ideally in verticals such as Manufacturing, Transportation and/or Supply Chain & Logistics) new business hunters that have over-achieved in their current roles seeking to increase their earnings.
  • Previous exposure/ success with complex sales process involving 2-4 decision makers and sales cycles of 3 to 9 months
  • An existing set of VP, C-Level, and Directors in client base who are excited to hear about your latest opportunity or if you don't have the contacts, you know how and aren't afraid to contact them!
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with all levels or organizations.
  • Ability to articulate and credibly discuss industry issues, trends and business solutions with customers/prospects
  • Previous experience in a sales or account management capacity, ideally in SaaS software and/or supply chain, transportation, or logistics management industry
  • Experience driving sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Ability to learn and pick up on our products and articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Ability to position products against competitors
  • Expertise knowledge in the logistics, supply chain & transportation industry
  • Must possess a problem-solving attitude and have strong analytical supply chain skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience selling solutions consisting of multiple components not always sold in the same way and not always sold together
  • Flexible and enthusiastic, can-do mentality

Your qualifications / experience also includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management and/or equivalent training in business or verifiable sales account management experience
  • Unrivaled professional presentation, communication, and influencing skills at prospect customers
  • Strong knowledge of SCM domain; industry experience in transportation, or logistics management industry
  • Some experience driving sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be both sales focused and technically savvy
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including C-level
  • Ideally seeking local candidates or those who are willing to relocate to the Bay Area on their own
