Job Types: Full-time, Contract

The problem our products address is that the TCP protocol leaks information, even behind firewalls, and IP addresses cannot be relied upon for identity. Our product authenticates identity and applies security policy before session establishment, denying attackers and even insiders the information required to exploit vulnerabilities, and laterally spread in your network or cloud systems.

We are looking for a Software Development/Engineering Manager having expertise in Network Security, Cloud Security and CyberSecurity Product Development for one of our clients in Houston, TX. Local candidates will be preferred.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of proven experience in managing the engineering teams over 30 + engineers
• Setting up best practices of engineering with in the teams in a Agile Scrum environment
• Design reviews, Code reviews and architecture compliant product delivery
• 10-14 years of experience in an enterprise product development environment with Network, Cloud and Cyber Security experience and 2-3 years lead/managed development team.
• Must have experience with cyber defense technologies to Critical Infrastructure, C++, the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), and blockchain technology
• Excellent written and oral communication
