What You'll Do
Business Architecture and Solution Design service is key to transformation in the Customer Partner Services (CPS) Organization. This service is accountable to develop and integrate User Experience (UX) Design thinking into everything we do; drive end-to-end architectural alignment, solution design within CPS and across Cisco to accelerate our SW business models for all offers and leads our agile delivery practice.
The primary focus for this team in accelerating Cisco's Digital business is to lead and deliver end-to-end operations from Commerce, fulfillment, consumption experiences for our Customers and Partners for all our products and services. Working very closely with our key stakeholders in CPS, Offer Monetization Office, Product Ops, IT, Business Units, Customer Success, Partners, and Customers.
As an Individual contributor, you will be accountable for leading transformation by UX-led process and experience design Translate business strategy to an executable roadmap and drive alignment with stakeholders and leadership Deliver for upfront business architecture design to meet our business needs by identity, resolving policies, business decisions, design decisions with key stakeholders and cross-functional leaders Drive co-design engagement with internal stakeholders, external customers and partners deploying design thinking principles and practice Deliver design mock-ups including wireframes and low-fidelity, high-fidelity prototypes of user interface specifications and guidelines Work closely with product owners in crafting capability to support our operational and customer/partner needs Conduct usability study and support in building test strategy, plan, and execution Collaborative and open style with a constructive and positive attitude Successful track record of leading multi-functional projects including the ability to think end to end and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Perform primary research with customers, partners and insight generation through usability testing and reporting to deliver recommendations and actions to the process and platform design team Use your deep subject matter expertise, analytical skills coupled with technical abilities to design optimal solutions and meet our unique operational and customer/partner needs Drive and deliver capability and feature insights in adoption engagements with field sales, operations, customer success, customers, and partners
Who You Are:
Deep subject matter expertise in Commerce, Software, Licensing, SaaS, Entitlement & Asset Management, Partner-led sales motion Hands-on practical experience supporting daily operations in one or more Customer-facing functions - Sales, Client relations, Customer Success, Support Executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills at various levels (written and verbal) Experienced in driving business outcomes with a wide range of knowledge from Ideation to Delivery of capabilities to meet customer needs Ability to lead co-design engagements with internal stakeholders, customers, partners to develop end-to-end experience and solution design Ability to communicate market and customer strategy into clear action plans and lead teams to a common goal of delivering outcomes for our customers, partners and internal stakeholders Ability to summarize detailed requirements into a digestible, fluid message that can be tailored for multiple levels of the organization Strong program/project management skills, with prior experience leading large cross-functional teams Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships and build follow-ship, in order to influence others to make decisions and take actions aimed at achieving common outcomes that ultimately benefit the entire enterprise Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills Recognizes conflict as soon as it becomes apparent; clarifies differing needs and executes appropriate strategies to resolve issues Knowledge and practical application of Design Thinking, Six Sigma, value realization, project estimating and budget management Requires a BS degree with a minimum of 15 years of applicable experience Master's degree in Business Administration and/or other related work experience preferred
