RBC Capital Markets LLC seeks a Software Automation Technical Lead in Minneapolis, MN.
The role will be to define, direct and lead the software test automation effort.
Work with the Quality Engineering, Application Project, Operations, Business, Development, DevOps, and Architecture teams to collaborate to identify automation opportunities as well as architect and develop solutions to achieve cost avoidance benefits driven by ROI.
Drive innovation in the latest technology such as AI, machine learning and Blockchain, act as thought leaders concerning new and upcoming software industry technologies, and collaborate and manage the organization's Global Vendor Automation initiatives to ensure efficient delivery of quality test automation.
Ensure every teams' automation exercise is using the organization's QA Automation standard processes, framework and tools, based on testing requirements to ensure quality delivery of software, and partner across IT and with assigned business lines to participate in testing of new or existing software in order to ensure requirements are met.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 7 years of progressively responsible experience in development, automation, performance, mobile, and web services testing in project and vendor management.
This includes 3 years of experience supervising the day to day work direction of multiple Quality Engineering teams in an onshore/offshore model.
