Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in software engineering or a related technical field is required, plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; agile experience preferred.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

As a Senior Principal Systems Engineer, you'll perform software requirements analysis, system integration activities, lead research and design, develop and test software and tools, to include development of new work products or enhancing existing applications, systems or embedded products. We will rely on your experience and knowledge to solve the hardest technical problems facing the company, often requiring the utmost creativity and innovation. What you bring to the table:A Bachelor's degree in software engineering or a related technical field is required (or equivalent experience), plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; agile experience preferred

Seasoned, experienced professional with a broad range of expertise and a wide range of professional experience, possessing a substantial understanding of software engineering concepts, principles, and theories; expert at applying technical standards and methodologies to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways

The candidate should have experience defining and implementing the overall software architecture for a multi-domain electronic warfare system (vehicle and trailer) and all related I/Os, to include:

Allocation and definition of software (behaviors) that in sum comprise the system

Definition, allocation, and management of software interfaces between internal and external software systems

Defining, modeling, allocating, and evaluating appropriate hardware requirements to ensure software performance goals are achieved

Hardware and software resource management

Manage, coordinate, and direct the implementation of the architecture with the software team and program partners

Software development in a multi-security domain environment

Experience with docker development, implementation, and test

System and software networking, to include streaming and VITA messaging

JICD messaging

Modern Commercial User Interfaces Technologies (Web-based, QT,..)

GOTS User Interface Technologies (EWPMT, FUSE,..)

Experienced with User Interface development, specifically for streamlining and simplifying user experience

Virtualization and VMware

Software development for ATO and Accreditation

Experienced in development in container and virtualized environments, defining requirements and implementation, and associated hardware requirements and virtualization to include:vGPU

Microservice architectures

Dockers/Kubernetes

Pub/Sub

RESTful APIs

Experience with defining and implementing government and industry standards, and integrating with GFE software on EW platforms, to include:CMOSS
