HireStarter's client is a blockchain start-up built by artists, for artists. The Group consists of three platforms: dynamic trade and interaction between high end art collectors, music sharing and collaboration, and a gratitude based metaverse within gaming.


As the Social Media and Community Manager, you'll report directly to the VP Of Marketing and play a significant role in creating the brand strategy and narrative, driving the business forward by aligning our marketing plan against focused goals.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement social media strategy and planning calendar to align with business goals, set specific objectives in conjunction with marketing teams and report on ROI

Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily in collaboration with the Studio and

Marketing teams (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news)

Manage the community: respond and converse with followers, respond to questions in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

Monitor SEO and social channel traffic metrics

Collaborate with design, marketing, development and operations to ensure brand and messaging consistency

Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness and heat - artists spotlights, giveaways, promotions

Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and

applications.

Consistently adjust strategy to fit marketplace and consumer shifts that align with our insights and analytics


REQUIREMENTS

Proven work experience as a Social Media and Community Manager (3+ years)

Hands on experience in content management and social media strategy, planning and analytics

Excellent copywriting skills

Excellent communication and cross-functional skills; able to work well within a team environment

Expert knowledge of online social channels IG, Twitter, Discord, Telegram, YouTube, and

Clubhouse as well as SEO, social scheduling, keyword research and analytic programs (Sprinklr,

Hootsuite, etc)

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite a must

Passion and connection to art, music and gaming are all encouraged but not necessary

Working knowledge of cryptocurrency and NFTs not required but a plus
