What you'll be doing
- Developing scalable trading infrastructure
- Participating in all phases of the development of our trading and simulation engines
- Minimizing latencies to ensure we're the first to seize on opportunities
About you
- Exceptional at writing mission critical production-ready code
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with one or more object oriented languages (e.g., Java, C#, C++)
- Looking to tackle hard problems
- 2+ years of backend engineering work experience
- Live in San Francisco, Seattle, or willing to relocate
Great to have
- Experience at a startup or a company in a growth phase
- Deep understanding of Apache Spark
- Experience working with huge data sets
- Experience working in a low latency environment
- Experience with AWS
