Development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market.

As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Ability to work with Executives. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic. Team player. Experience using or implementing Oracle, SAP, or Peoplesoft applications. Basic HTML and web technology skills a plus. 8 years technology/industry experience and BA/BS/MBA degree.

Senior Product MarketingManager, Security - Executive Communications

Oracle's Cloud Platformbusiness is one of the fastest growing segments for the company and representsone of the most important ways our customers can modernize, innovate anddifferentiate. Representing some of the most innovative product lines in the company,including: Autonomous Database Cloud Service, AI Platform, Blockchain,Chatbots, Security and more, this group is at the tip of the spear in leadingprograms that help accelerate sales, drive new product strategy, and newmarketing programs.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for security, you will be responsible forworking collaboratively to design and build executive pitches, executivekeynotes and executing on key communications plans for Oracle's SecurityProduct Marketing and GTM team across PaaS/IaaS.

You will partner across internal business teams (PR, AR, Corporate Marketing)and other corporate marketing communications divisions at Oracle to develop andbuild key stories for thought leadership, media influence, and overall awarenessof Oracle's cloud leadership. In addition, you will build a regular cadence ofinternal communications to key sales organizations across regions to driveconsistency of sales plays, enablement content, and more.

Additionally, you willhelp messaging creation to keep current our overall integrated valueproposition for cloud security technologies. You will also drive securitycontent and messaging adoption across global social media and social mediaadvocacy programs.

Preferred Qualifications

* 7 years of experience in communications, consulting, or business analysis, preferably in a communications or exec-facing content strategy capacity. This includes meeting facilitation, stakeholder reviews, cross-functional collaboration, organizing digital marketing assets, and communication to both internal and external stakeholders.
* 7 years in a sales enablement and/or product marketing or similar roles interfacing with sales leadership/Marketing on supporting execution of GTM strategy/programs
* 3 years executive facing presentations, working with agencies or graphics teams in putting together high-impact story-telling.
* 2 years in enterprise security software marketing and/or communications, including cybersecurity threat detection, prevention and response.
* Excellent communication skills and experience leading content projects, cultivating change, facilitating stakeholder review, and executing projects quickly.
* Presentation experience including content creation and delivery.

Additionalskills:

* Experienced in PaaS and IaaS technologies, and other Cloud solutions: (database, management, application development, security, integration, analytics, compute)
* Understanding of new emerging technologies: AI, Blockchain, IoT, Chatbots, Automation
* Cloud product marketing and/or Cloud sales enablement experience

Education: B.S. / B.A. Marketing and MBApreferred. Life experiences that have provided similar grounding inmarketing are also appropriate.

Position Location: Prefer candidates based near Oracle HQ inSF Bay area.
