Title: Senior Product Designer
Job Description

Interested in joining a disruptive, innovative industry? A startup in the art space is looking to build an art management platform on top of blockchain. The founders are very tapped into the global art market and have a deal going through with the Vatican right now!

The team is looking to hire the first product designer- will eventually be Head of Design if chosen to and desired to. They will be doing everything end to end for a comprehensive redesign for the product. Eventually, they will build out the design system and work closely with the FE Engineer.

Ideally, this person comes from the B2B, enterprise space yet still has strong visuals!
Required Skills & Experience

• At least 5 years of product design experience
• B2B, complex enterprise work
• Prior experience working at a startup
• Ability work at scale and communicate with non-technical members and work with engineers

Desired Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in fintech and/or cloud platform work (i.e. Robinhood, Coinbase, Workday, Salesforce)
• Someone who wants to grow into a leadership position while still being hands on

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown

• 50% UX
• 50% Visual

Daily Responsibilities

• 60% Hands On
• 20% Management Duties
• 20% Team Collaboration
