RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in search of a Senior Producer in Redmond, WA.

Summary:
Our main focus is on IT professionals, there are big chunks of focus areas we are covering - one is about server-less, blockchain, automation, policies, governance, doing everything at scale, focusing on enterprise. We are trying to centralize our functional support. Challenges we are focused on during our centralization: Focusing on the backlog, under resourced, prioritizing and focusing on the most important things, when to say yes/no, follow up on action items, communication, helping us to manage backlog and communicate with our partners and key stakeholders. PM-ing, communication, reaching across aisles, managing the workload, this will be a relatively new role, we can suggest things. This person might help implement, streamline, and find efficiencies.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Familiar with VSTS and Agile - methodology and familiar with how design works
* Familiar with research process
* Exposure to customer engagements and facilitating those
* Senior Level
* Someone comfortable with complex technology, not necessarily knowing everything but open to learning
* More senior person who will be helping us build a bigger team on the Azure side to cover Azure specific design and UX
* Need to see portfolios, would look at resumes and identify a few candidates, maybe do a phone call first, invite them in for an in-person, a few folks to participate in the interview process too.
* Microsoft experience is always helpful, not required, if they are familiar with OKR (google uses that), it would be beneficial to find folks with the MS technologies, structure, etc.
* Technical, functional, and intangible skills needed
* Azure devops in the past we have used Monday, if they are familiar with VSTS (visual studios online), in general if they are familiar with Agile methodology, and familiar with how design works
* Ideally would also be familiar with a research process
* We have some needs on the research side, ideally want to build some ResOps as well. Recruiting participants, schedule engagements, help building a panel of customers, this will be Q2 or Q3
* Exposure to customer engagements and facilitating those
* Being a design producer (successful) in a big enterprise, hopefully a software development company
* OKR framework
* This helps manage the backlog
