JOB SUMMARY
With a patient centered culture, the Senior Integration and Reporting Analyst will provide a positive experience to CUSTOMERS/PATIENTS/COMMUNITY throughproviding functional support, design, instruction, oversight and guidance of the development of key interfaces and reporting solutions to enable the sharing of information with a high degree of interoperability. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: developing integration strategies with management and other stakeholders, conducting business needs analyses, identifying and mitigating project risks, supporting the applications users and assisting in the implementation of solutions across the organization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferably in clinical or healthcare industry.
Experience: At least five (5) years' experience in interface development within a healthcare setting. Understanding of HL7, and one or more interface engines. Exposure or experience with FHIR, Blockchain desired. Experience with Unix, SQL, Oracle, TCL or other scripting languages. Experience to Crystal or other enterprise reporting architectures. Data Management and design a plus.
Established project manager of large scale large projects of 2-6 team members, with experience executing on structured Project Management methodology. Preferred experience with Cerner Ambulatory products .
Licensure: None required.
