Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a related specialized area or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree. Training and professional certification from National Property Management Association (NPMA) or other related professional development association preferred.

In this role, with a solid understanding of government property regulations and FAR requirements, you'll administer property control activities to ensure we track, manage, and control government property in accordance with company policy and government regulations in our Marion, VA facilities.

As the Senior Government Property Specialist, you will collaborate and coordinate with company personnel to create and maintian records of customer property, tag receipts, verify inventory, disposition assets, ensure audit readiness, initiate corrective actions, and implement process improvements to meet FAR requirements.

In this role you will act as company point of contact and liaison during DCMA/DOD Agencies audits.

We'll also rely on you to participate in supplier evaluations and audits of supplier (vendor, subcontractor) facilities where government and/or customer-owned property is assigned through the company.
