It's not very often that a new asset class is born. But that's exactly what we're witnessing today with the rise of crypto.
Over just the last four years, crypto has evolved from an embryonic $50B market to a young-but-growing $1T market today. At Bitwise, we think it's just getting started. In fact, we believe crypto has reached a turning point, and is headed north of $10T over the next few years. We focus on serving investment professionals - financial advisors, family offices, hedge funds, endowments, foundations, and others - the people entrusted to look after the capital and savings of individuals and institutions across the country. We provide education, partnership, and professionally-managed investment products tailored to this group's needs, to help them build their view, pick their strategy, and get their exposure.

We're looking for an exceptional individual to join the team and take on critical responsibilities to help Bitwise scale and our clients succeed. As Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will report to the Head of Demand Generation and will work side-by-side with them to execute our demand gen strategy. There will be a lot to learn, huge success to be had, and some life-long relationships to be built along the way.
What You Will Do
* You'll own Bitwise's Digital Marketing function, with overall responsibility for paid advertising, SEO, web optimization, inbound demand gen, and ABM advertising.
* You'll work closely with the Head of Demand Gen to track and report on the performance of your campaigns.
* You'll drive constant improvements in campaign performance through AB and multivariate testing and optimization.
* You will strategize with the Head of Demand Gen on ways to improve our efficiency across all stages of the buyer's journey, and you will lead the implementation of solutions.
* You'll work hand-in-hand with other marketing stakeholders to ensure that the website is optimized for demand gen purposes.
* You will ensure that our desired audience segmentations are supported in digital programs, where relevant .
* You'll stay current with the fast-moving MarTech landscape, and will engage with vendors to evaluate and purchase new tools that give us a competitive advantage.
Who You Are
* You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing or a related field. Your MBA or MS in Marketing is a major plus (though not required).
* You have 5+ years of digital marketing experience, and your hands-on experience in more than one discipline is highly valued.
* You have 3+ years of experience using analytics dashboards in marketing tools (such as GA), business intelligence tools (such as PowerBI or Sisense), and/or proprietary or third-party campaign management platforms.
* You have deep knowledge of the modern MarTech landscape and of how these tools work together to power marketing processes. It's a major plus if you have direct hands-on experience with purchasing, onboarding, managing, or optimizing at least one tool in a modern MarTech stack.
* You live and breathe data and analytics, and instinctually fall back on data when making arguments.
* You have strong problem-solving skills with an orientation toward hypotheses and insights - you believe everything can and should be measured and evaluated for impact and scaling potential.
* You have exceptional time management, organizational, and self-motivation abilities. Your work ethic is a source of pride. You know how to prioritize tasks and to deliver projects on time.
* You are a great communicator in writing and conversation, and can convey details with clarity and coherence. You're an analytical and logic-oriented thinker.
