WHAT YOU WILL DO

* Own the organizations approach to product/operational analytics, data visualization, analysis and modeling
* Design and deliver data visualizations for enhanced decision making
* Develop strategies to leverage data and streamline company processes using advanced data modeling
* Establish and execute a vision for the delivery of information and analytics platforms
* Evangelize utilization of business intelligence technology across functional roles
* Create custom tools to assist specific business processes
* Identify undocumented process and methodologies, provide feedback to management for documentation improvements
* Manage various business intelligence projects simultaneously
* Establish testing protocols to ensure the accuracy of the data presented
* Evaluate and select technical tools for data visualization and data mining
* Collaborate and communicate regularly with the executive management team

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

* Bachelor's degree in Data Science or related discipline
* 3+ years of professional data science experience
* Data mining, machine learning and data visualization
* Python
* R
* SQL (Postgres) and/or NoSQL (DynamoDB, GraphDB)
* Big Data Pipelines (Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, SQS)
* AWS native architectures (Redshift, Snowflake and Aurora)
* Ability to break down and understand complex business problems, define a solution and implement it
* Ability to accurately perform complex mathematical computations
* Demonstrable depth of knowledge in blockchain, crypto and DeFi (independent learning or professional)
