Senior Blockchain & Finance AnalystRedwood City, CA / RemoteJob Summery:Kadre, the Blockchain Unit of Together Labs, is looking for a Senior Analyst to support strategic and operational decision making.Together Labs, owns and operates IMVU, a pioneer in the social avatar space (top 3 grossing app on iOS) & innovates technologies that empower people worldwide to connect, create and earn in virtual worlds. This includes VCOIN - the first regulatory-approved transferable digital currency and NFTs.This position will be responsible for generating sophisticated financial and data-driven models across the portfolio of Together Labs blockchain-based virtual economies, and supporting market and competitive research in planning for new offerings.You are an ambitious individual with a track record of solving tough, often ambiguous problems. You are able to make well-informed recommendations based on data and analysis & can concisely communicate your findings and recommendations. Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn everything crypto & blockchain are a requirement for this role.Responsibilities Include:Financial modeling of currencies and transactions on and off the Together Labs platforms and the ability to support modeling of future usage with multiple inputsModeling of user and other ecosystem participants to understand key variables and levers to drive growthModel the movement of crypto assets on and off the platform, understand what is happening across the blockchain and build predictive modelsDeep data dives and metric tracking around our economies in order to understand how it is being used, how recent changes have affected metrics, and where optimization opportunities existBuild and maintain annual budget models and ongoing quarterly forecasts in collaboration with senior management and cross-functional teamsAssist the Kadre leadership team in preparing quarterly financial updates, Board of Directors presentations, KPI reporting, and investor updatesAd-hoc reporting and data analysis to drive key strategic decisions on new and ongoing initiatives such as NFTs and additional digital currency launchesQualifications: BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent working experience 3+ Years as an Analyst in High Growth Technology Firms or Consulting Excellent SQL skills, statistical analysis, and data visualization technologies. Ability to pull data from APIs is a plus. Experience in supporting pricing, managing budgets, generating and scaling revenue, and supporting go-to-market strategies and execution Advanced communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization Strong Interest or experience with digital currencies or crypto currencies Interest in the new gaming/social/avatar ecosystems is a plus Ability to work across the organizationsBonus Points: Experience in both Blockchain and GamingAbout Us:VCOIN is is the first transferable digital currency that easily lets users buy, gift, hold, earn and convert earnings to real money for the real world.
