A venture-backed, next generation game technology company is looking for a Senior Backend Java Engineer to add to their growing team. The company's goal is to lead the industry with exceptional video games and provide a platform of robust tools that will allow games developers to do the same. As a Senior Backend Java Engineer you will be working on all the aspects of their digital marketplace. The project will have heavy focus on API integration, so the ideal candidate will have experience working with microservices architecture. The team tech stack includes Java 11, Spring Boot, Rest API, Microservices, React, PostgreSQL, GCP, and Kubernetes. This role will directly report to the VP of Engineering and will play an integral role in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining on a multi-cloud platform architecture.
Required Skills & Experience

  • 5 + years of Java Experience
  • Spring Boot Experience
  • Microservices Experience
  • PostgreSQL Experience
  • GCP Experience
  • Kubernetes Experience
