The Public Service Sector consulting practice is a trusted advisor to federal, state and local governments, partnering to meet challenges and responding quickly to citizen demands, business needs, new economic conditions, and changing legislative priorities and policies.

The Security Analyst is responsible for development and support of the Identity and Security Platform for customer-facing applications. - You will need:

  • Prior experience with ICAM (Identity Credentialing and Access Management).
  • Familiarity with the entire lifecycle of Identity and Access management.
  • Developing (Blockchain based) decentralized applications with non-relational Database experience, Object oriented programming experience, Cryptography, Front End, Full stack and Website design or user interface development (Java, etc.).
  • Understanding of Data security, Digital Identity Management and Credentialing (ICAM).
  • Design and own the development of Identity and Access management APIs for Cloud applications.

    Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 4+ years of software development experience.
  • 2+ years of REST API development with JSON-based payloads.
  • 4+ years of securing APIs using OAuth 2.0 /SAML/JWT.
  • Knowledge of Web Application Security and Federation of identities.
  • 3+ years of JavaScript programming (Node. js) and Java.
  • Knowledge of Identity Management tools such as identity Servers, Active Directory or other IAM solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based deployments, including AWS, Azure and IBM Cloud.
  • Understanding of Hyperledger and other Blockchain technologies.
  • Knowledge of decentralized technologies and DIDs, Sovrin Indy, verifiable credentials.
  • Deep understanding of Identity, PKI archtectures, algorithms, data structures, and cryptography.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the Moderate Risk Background Investigation (MBI) clearance.

  • Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Familiarity with blockchain applications, specifically Hyperledger Fabric.
  • Experience developing Chaincode and Smart Contracts is desirable.
  • Current Moderate Risk Background Investigation (MBI) clearance.
