Role: Scrum Master
Work Location: Minneapolis, MN
Duration: Long Term Project
Education: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience facilitating Agile Scrum teams in software development and business process management.
Experience: Demonstrated quality of leadership and responsibility, managing multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams related to engineering services.
Experience: Demonstrated capability in using JIRA and Confluence software application to manage Agile Scrum Teams.
PMP Certification is Required.
5+ years of experience with technical and business requirements.
Ability to work collaboratively with architecture, development and test teams to interpret requirements.
Experience working with JIRA.
Exposure as a Scrum Master or facilitating Scrum Meetings.
Leadership experience in an Agile software delivery environment.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Demonstrated ability in helping Agile teams achieve delivery outcomes and quantifiably improve delivery metrics.
Commitment to servant leadership and enablement of self-organizing teams.
Understanding and commitment to Agile values, principles, and practices.
Understanding of project management practices.
Analytical and problem solving skills via written and verbal communications.
Agility to adapt to changing priorities and direction.
Excellent communication and technical presentation skills.
Self-motivated to learn.
