Salesforce Lead

Experience/Skills:

• Strong Technical background with past Software Development/Lead experience.
• Strong experience in Salesforce Classic and Lightning Technologies
• Hands-on experience in Apex classes, Visual Force, Triggers, Workflows, Data Management, SOAP/REST APIs, SOQL
• Good experience in integrating with Mobile tools, ETL technologies (Snaplogic, Dell Boomi), external APIs
• Working knowledge of other technologies like .Net, UI (Drupal, Joomla), Microsoft Azure
• Strong experience in using code repositories like VSTS, Microsoft ADO
• Knowledge of DevOps tools like Microsoft ADO and Build pipelines for Salesforce deployments
• Demonstrated experience in delivering enterprise-wide technology solutions including Salesforce.com
• Experience in overseeing multiple projects at the same time.
• Experience in Agile methodologies
• Experience working with Data Translation software supporting data mapping and transformation processes
• Strong process management, analytical and technical skills
• Excellent communication skills - able to convey issues of all types to a variety of audiences with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with offshore teams who supplement the onshore workforce
• Proven track record of working across internal teams and client organizations - can inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards an end goal
• Ability to resolve issues and exhibit strong initiative in a demanding environment.
• Familiarity with auditing standards and controls such as SOC 2.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Lead, Client Success or Professional Services roles - preferably.
