What You'll Do As a Project Manager on our team you are a key business partner to the Global Enterprise Sales Central Sales Leadership Team, providing overall business quality assurance. Reporting into the Director of Strategy and Planning, you will be an integral part of the team. Your key responsibilities may include Area SharePoint site lead, forecast/commit management activities, fiscal year planning, knowledge and understanding of sales tools and business policies, expense management or general OD Support as well as goal sheet and sales hierarchy activities. You are able to assess overall business operations from both a product and service perspective. You'll communicate analysis, trends and results to the appropriate management teams (Sales and Operations).. You can demonstrate system and operational expertise across the organization as needed to deliver, educate, advise and share the best methods across all appropriate levels of the sales and operational teams. You will act as conduit to the Sales Enablement and Business Capabilities teams. You will identify innovative opportunities to scale and streamline business needs.. Business Reporting- You will develop ad hoc and standard reports as they relate to Sales Org performance/attainment, customer direction and penetration analysis.. Commit Management- You will provide appropriate data that enable accurate forecast decisions by Sales Leaders. In collaboration with Area Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams, you will advise and execute various aspects of the planning process that facilitate the segment-defined go-to-market strategy. Your Skill Set:. You bring 2-4 years of experience in Sales Business Operations. You bring a wealth of Project Management experience with passion and attention to details. You're able to lead multiple projects, completing within established guidelines. You possess strong analytical skills and proficiency with Business Intelligence tools. You provide an uncanny ability to interpret business directions and make recommendations, all while influencing and governing strategically. You execute excellent written and verbal communication both cross-functionally and at multiple levels of leadership. You are results and metric oriented. You bring your business insights; Solid sales cycle understanding with our client's business objectives in mind; sales, channels and/or services. You demonstrate flexibility in achieving business objectives and time frames. You demonstrate a positive, can-do, problem solving attitude and have a track record of creating "raving fans" Please note: relocation is not available for this role.
