Job Responsibilities:
• Gather requirements from product owner and SMEs, through interviews, surveys, prototyping and worked with teams to identify the gaps and defects.
• Prepare Business Requirements Document (BRD) and used Requisite Pro to manage, analyze, and convert business requirement into functional requirements.
• Create Flow Diagrams for UI Wireframes using Balsamiq.
• Guide the development teams to breakdown large and complex user stories into simplified versions for executions.
• Generate Salesforce Reports and dashboards.
• Work on Salesforce workflows and Validation rules.
• Customize tabs and dashboards for Stakeholders in Salesforce.
• Design and deploy custom tabs, validation rules, workflow rules, custom dashboards, page layouts, portal documents and custom views to assist power users better utilize the Salesforce.com application.

Required Skills:
• JIRA, Share Point, Waterfall Methodology.
• SQL queries for QA testing report / data validation etc.
• UML diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Business Process and Data Process Model using MS Visio.
