Robotic Process Automation developer:

The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer will work as part of an internal, centralized team to implement the features and benefits of RPA. The Developer will build effective digital transformation solutions that modernize operations and reduce manual efforts using relevant tools like UiPath software. The developer will work closely with Business analysts to understand complex business problems and design, build and deploy automated intelligence solutions on RPA (or) equivalent software platforms. Responsibilities also include application deployments in different environment, demo solutions and support, testing and fixing the bugs. This is a challenging role that requires strong ability to work in complex environments, strong business acumen, and ability to communicate effectively with the different stakeholders.


  • Work independently or as part of a team to develop and support RPA solutions to automation complex business problems in many areas of the business
  • Understanding of Business requirements and relevant RPA technologies to meet objectives
  • Create high quality RPA solutions that include design documentation which adheres to the industry standards, delivery methodology, design principles, and best practices.
  • Design, configure, test, deploy and maintain reusable Robotic Process Automation (RPA) scripts and frameworks designed to replicate manual administrative processes
  • Consider security policies and best practices when designing automation solutions.
  • Support full lifecycle implementation of the RPA project (including building prototypes, validating script performance at scale, sharing demos of work completed)
  • Support RPA bots in production.
  • Work collaboratively with Business Analysts and Product Owners during testing phases, debug and overcome issues.
  • Participate in daily team stand-ups, planning sessions, etc.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to review and refine business process workflows including identifying areas of possible simplification.
  • Participate in and contribute to testing and deployment activities inclusive of Pre and Post release activities.


  • A 4 year degree is required - preferred degrees are Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Should have involved at least one RPA development project (or) equivalent knowledge and hands on
  • Should be flexible to perform R&D in latest and greatest technologies like Blockchain, IoT and Machine learning
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and to build automations based on process design documents
  • Advanced understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts
  • Experience in software or RPA automation development, testing, and deployment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Aptitude to learn, be inquisitive, and be technically curious
  • Strong problem solving, analysis, and design skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions given by leadership and senior level staff
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to work with internal customers to gather and understand requirements
  • Healthcare knowledge is an added consideration
