Ripple is building out its Revenue Operations function to further accelerate growth by operationalizing and optimizing RippleNet's strategy across the full customer life cycle. Reporting to our Senior Director of Revenue Operations, the Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the Delivery and Account Management teams. This role is responsible for improving the process and tools, building the analytic and reporting foundation, and supporting the Delivery and Account Management teams in day-to-day operational needs. The ideal candidate has a strong desire to execute, enjoys working with people, has a passion for data analytics, and excels at turning insights into actions. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Connect the strategy to operational plans, processes, and people, resulting in exceptional delivery of top line results with effective governance Design, build, and implement our field teams' processes, reporting infrastructure, and operations to support the productivity, and decision making of Ripple's Account Management and Delivery teams Define segmentation, capacity and coverage model, and cadence of review in collaboration with Account Management & Delivery team leaders Work with regional leaders to manage customer distribution and capacity planning across all segments to ensure the best possible experience for our customers Develop insights into our customers' health so we can detect early signals of at-risk renewals and identify upsell opportunities Ensure processes and policies are clearly communicated and followed Own measurement of teams and accounts performance against goals and objectives Perform quantitative analysis to deliver meaningful insights around retention and expansion, proactively report on trends and make suggestions for improvement Manage internal approval processes to ensure approvals move through the funnel seamlessly Partner with Account Management & Finance teams on the execution of post-sales activities, including contract management, billing & invoice management, and customer tracking Constantly mine for best practices to improve the effectiveness of Delivery and Account Management teams WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field required 8+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Management Consulting Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and time management skills Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and influence successfully across organizational boundaries Natural curiosity and solutions-oriented mindset that leads to proactively coming to the table with creative solutions Able to effectively drive multiple projects to successful completion at the same time Data-driven and are not afraid to dig into the details to find the best solution while working in a diverse environment Enjoy collaborating across both the internal team and across the company Appreciate a data-driven approach to decision-making, with a willingness to take on new challenges Extensive experience with data management and an understanding of data transformation and visualization techniques to drive insights and data-driven decision making Proficiency in Salesforce, Confluence, Tableau, or similar platforms strongly preferred WHAT WE OFFER: The chance to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with experienced industry leaders A learning environment where you can dive deep into the latest technologies and make an impact Competitive salary and equity 100% paid medical and dental and 95% paid vision insurance for employees starting on your first day 401k (with match), fully paid parental leave, commuter benefits Generous wellness reimbursement and weekly onsite programs Flexible vacation policy - work with your manager to take time off when you need it Employee giving match Modern office in San Francisco's Financial District Fully-stocked kitchen with organic snacks, beverages, and coffee drinks Weekly company meeting - ask me anything style discussion with our Leadership Team Team outings to sports games, happy hours, game nights and more!
