What You Will Be Doing

• Manage and deliver our Blockchain entertainment product
• Lead a team of 15+ engineers and reporting directly to the CTO
• Work in multiple time zones

What You Need for this Position

• Experienced with Elixir, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Solidity, React, and Python
• Experienced managing a team of engineers
• Coaching 1-on-1
• Hiring and creating hiring process to build a team with top talent
• Work closely with product team on product roadmap and provide estimates in planning
• Collaborate with the team to build and scale
• Pragmatic JIT optimization to maintain performance and stability of our product
• Scaling applications, leading architectural decisions, and Continuous Delivery
• Experienced with DevOps, Kubernetes, Blockchain, Smart Contracts
• Google Cloud (Plus)
