Responsibilities:

* Create the content/curriculum for the 12 to 14-week FinTech development program
* Deliver instruction on FinTech and related topics
* Facilitate group discussions, demos, and in-class remote activities
* Follow industry trends for FinTech development
* Play a hands-on role in curriculum development, using what you learn from working with students to make the curriculum world class
* Gather and report on student metrics
* Work alongside Coding Dojo's Instruction team to deliver remote training
* Participate in professional training, so you stay fresh
* Responsible for potential deployment with any/multiple Coding Dojo clients with the ability to flex work and tasks based on client needs and requests

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or computer related field plus minimum 2 years of experience in FinTech development
* Financial Fundamentals in Time-Series Analysis, Financial Ratios, and Financial Analysis
* Python Programming in Python 3, Pandas, MAtplotlib, API Interactions, and JupyterLab
* Financial Libraries and Tools like NumPy, SciPy, and Quantopian
* Execution Algorithms, Monte Carlo Simulations, Risk-Data Aggregation, Forecasting, Financial Modeling, Modern Portfolio Theory, and Logistic Regression
* Machine Learning using Algorithmic Trading, Random Forests, k-Nearest Neighbor (kNN), Support ZVector Machines (SVM), Linear Regression, and Scikit-learn
* Blockchain and Cryptocurrency experience in Solidity, Ethereum, Consensus Algorithms, Transactions, Validation, Distributed Ledger, Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash, and Mining
* Excellent analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, prioritization, decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
* Demonstrated experience in teaching that would include one or more areas of mentoring, industry training, online, or classroom instruction.
* Must have reliable internet and equipment to perform all job duties
