We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team to help tell our brand story and introduce our publication, ThirtyK, to the marketplace. ThirtyK provides news and information about blockchain technology and cryptocurrency. We focus on the companies, projects and personalities that are shaping this emerging industry. Our stories cover the innovations that are changing how financial transactions occur and how we define currency.
This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, as well as project management skills. The product marketing manager is tasked with the goals of attracting site traffic, social followers and driving new sales leads.
You should have experience creating, managing, and producing marketing solutions for brands and should work comfortably on a variety of analytics and SaaS platforms. Think you have what it takes?
Responsible for all marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and leads that
deliver sales and customer retention.
Collaborates across functions and silos to deliver an effective product marketing strategy to meet the business objectives.
A brand publisher mindset: to promote the content our audience is looking for and then to optimize
the path to conversion.
Maintains a basic understanding of SEO, content categorization and structure, content
development, distribution and measurement.
Must constantly research and be familiar with blockchain projects, platforms and cryptocurrency.
Works with editorial team to maintain consistency and organizational workflows.
Measures and optimizes the marketing program on an ongoing basis.
Responsible for all marketing resources including designers, writers, and editors as needed.
Approves the integration of content programs with ad campaigns to drive sales.
Presents to executive team updates on the program and performance related KPI's.
Experience creating content for the web and growing an audience through traffic acquisition.
Marketing mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create content to support it.
Ability to analyze and present content and social performance.
Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics and the top social channels.
Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of
multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of
results in the form of engagement, leads and sales.
At least 2 years of experience working in a product marketing or similar role.
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or an interesting story as to
how your employment experience led you to a career in product marketing.
Demonstrable success in contributing to social media campaigns, including fan
engagement, audience growth, sentiment analysis and ROI
Experience running and reporting on paid social media campaigns, e.g. Linked-In
Problem-solving mindset that thrives on new challenges
Interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain related technology a BIG plus.
