What You'll DoBuild and bring to market Webex collaboration services for developers; deliver on the Webex vision to empower and inspire teams to do their best work. As a leader in Product Management for our developer experience initiative, you will refine our vision, align and deliver the product strategy towards making Webex the easiest collaboration platform for 3rdparty application developers to integrate our services (messaging, meeting, calling and devices) into their applications. As a Webex API product manager, you will work closely with our collaboration engineering sales team, partner development and developer evangelism teams to understand how our partners are creating new workflows with our APIs across the entire portfolio of services, then work with engineering to define and prioritize development efforts across our platform APIs, and drive developer engagement to build a vibrant developer community. We value the execution i.e. get things done skills greatly. As such, we need a pragmatic multi-functional leader who can drive API strategy, delivery trade-offs, release management and influence other businesses within Cisco in a highly cross functional environment. Who You'll Work WithYou'll work with the best talent (PM, UX, Marketing and Engineering) in the Collaboration space, and globally distributed teams across US, Europe and Asia. You will also work closely with our developer and partner community and most importantly our customers ranging from 50 person start-ups to biggest of the Fortune 500s.

Who You AreFirst and foremost, a product manager leader with deep understanding of developer needs, possess the ability to identify high value competitive and differentiation opportunities and a track record of delivering experiences that developers and customers love. Experience in areas of Software as a Service, Platform as a Service, Developer Experiences such as Web and Mobile Software Development Kit and APIs required. A technical background is required as you will work with some of the brightest architects and engineers; adopt the opportunities to harness your expertise to deliver differentiated experiences. You are comfortable delivering executive level presentations to internal and external audiences; have handled customer engagements to support pre and post sales activities.
