In the IaaS product strategy group,we are looking for a seasoned leader to lead across the entire Oracle suite ofcloud products and the IaaS Edge business. We are looking for an expertspecialized in one or more of the areas of Cloud, IoT, Edge, AI, DL, ML, BlockChain,Big Data, Cloud Native concepts.
In this role, your ability to workacross business strategy, development, engineering, customer success andmarketing organizations seamlessly and effectively will define your success.
This role is very strategic to theorganization and provides for the future growth of the company. In this role,your key responsibilities will be as follows:
Build the strategic roadmap andpriorities into the IaaS platform.
Evangelize Oracle product strategy,within and outside the organization
Create thoughtleadership strategic content, buildcommunity, overlay customer engagements
Be an expert in cloud, IoT, AI, CloudNative concepts - able to demonstrate both end user use cases and partner usecases.
Collaborate across partners, internalstakeholders, and the product management leaders as a unique voice of thecustomer and devops voice of the partner.

As a Principal Product Manager in theproduct strategy group, you will lead Integrations across the entire Oraclesuite of products and the IaaS Edge business. You will gatherrequirements across business development, engineering, customer success andmarketing organizations for integrations into Oracle properties and third partyhardware and software vendors. You will also assist in the development ofshort, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives andregularly interact across functional areas with senior management or executivesto ensure unit objectives are met. You will collaborate across partners and theproduct strategy leaders as a unique voice of the customer and devops voice ofthe partner.
Define and document the framework, requirements,and success criteria as the primary interface between partners, businessdevelopment and engineering. Be an expert in IaaS edge security productswith the ability to demonstrate IaaS product API's and user interfaces toprovide architecture and technical expertise.
Provide leadership and expertise inthe strategic direction of new security products/services/processes for Oracle,frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. BS degree or equivalentexperience relevant to functional area. MBA is a plus.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
