UST ® is looking for talented and creative Product Manager Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas effectively to both IT and business audiences Product owner / product manager experience, preferably in the online space and technology / tech solutions industry 12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree; or 18+ years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 8+ years' experience; or equivalent experience Desirable Requirements: Experience with Agile Development environments is a must Enterprise work experience dealing with highly complex situations is strongly preferred Strong analytical skills SCRUM Master certification a plus Role Proficiency: Develops and drives the Product Vision that addresses cross-domain market needs with strong business viability in line with the Product/Platform Portfolio and guidance from Managers. As an active team contributor leads the product teams in delivering the desired product outcomes from initial inspiration to implementation and support. A strong evangelist of Product & Platforms Division's Vision and Philosophy. Outcomes:

  1. Owns the Value and Viability Risks and Manages the Product Lifecycle under guidance from Product Manager II
  2. Devises the product vision and approach after sound product discovery through modern product discovery practises
  3. Defines and drives and efficient scalable and feasible product development approach in collaboration with Product Technology Data Science and Product Design for early feasibility risk and end-user validations
  4. Develops the core positioning messaging and value propositions for the product by identifying target market requirements through modern product management practices including Discovery Sprints Rapid Prototyping etc
  5. Defines the Product Value Roadmap for the different Phases and Stages
  6. Drafts user stories and ensures they are clearly understood by the cross functional product teams
  7. Drives the product GTM strategies in agreement with the Product Manager II
  8. Implements the Pricing Strategy for sound product adoption and viability
  9. Models/displays strong product value and viability for investment approvals at critical go/no-go junctures
  10. Tracks/Drives Product Metrics &Success goals as under the guidance from Product Manager II
  11. Adherence to modern product management practises and standards; provide periodic status updates
  12. Ensure career progression for APMs via focused mentoring and grooming
  13. Perform product demos to customers
  14. Drives strategies for sustained product innovation and high-end user satisfaction scores

Outputs Expected: Plan to develop great products and platforms:
  1. Drive the Product strategy with a compelling vision
  2. Devise development and roll out strategies
  3. Creates and manages a product value roadmap based on delivering value outcomes
  4. Facilitate Discovery Sprints with the Product Team
  5. Write and articulate impressive user stories by capturing and translating solutions for identified user problems into product features that deliver value and impress users
  6. Plan and execute early feasibility risk mitigations through product prototyping/POCs
  7. Conduct Product and Release Planning sessions with cross-functional product teams
  8. Set quality product OKRs to meet the same
Design to deliver vast end -user experience:
  1. Facilitate sound user research across target market segments
  2. Design user-centric experiences throughout the user journey
  3. Define user experience (e.g. wire framing journey maps) partnering with product designers
Research the market to ensure an unfair advantage:
  1. Sound understanding of market trends partner ecosystems and competitive strategies
  2. Understanding users the marketplace the competition and future trends for the domain or type of system being developed through customer and market research competitive analysis and rapidly acquiring domain expertise
  3. Define and articulate unique product and business differentiation
Manage business to go to acquire additional markets:
  1. Implement the GTM strategies and achieve the metrics for product success
  2. Protect assets and mitigate risks employing IP knowledge
Manages Product Viability:
  1. Implement product pricing strategies for market adoption and strong business viability
