Description

Are you interested in driving the product experience forward for Aetna's flagship websites? Come join the Product Management team whose work has a tangible role re-shaping healthcare for America and across the globe, benefiting generations to come. Aetna is seeking a Digital Product Analyst to help develop solutions to improve the quality and affordability of healthcare

You will:

  • Work closely with UX designers to research, define, and test next generation experiences
  • Care equally for mobile web, desktop web and tablet
  • Be hands on - write user stories, create wireframes, analyze data, run A/B tests, and do anything else required to ship a high quality product or feature within defined time constraints
  • Meet all controls requirements to ensure successful, compliant product launch
  • Support our Adobe Experience Authors, Product Managers and Designers. Be the front-line for support of our AEM platform experience
  • Define product goals and metrics, identify and prioritize opportunities, lead through influence, collaborate and innovate. You're a PM. You understand the challenges. And you thrive on it.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably working with Adobe AEM and Target in a regulatory environment
  • Ability to improve existing products as well as the ability to start from scratch
  • Great product intuition, backed by a track record of successful outcomes
  • Experience leading agile teams
  • Visual in nature - ability to communicate vision via sketching, wireframes, or other visual means
  • Grittiness. You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on; you persevere when others fall away
  • Data is at your fingertips: you just go get the data you need with no muss/fuss and can whip it into an insightful story with no help. You know how to leverage data to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the leadership skills to execute complex initiatives that span multiple teams
  • Non-Nerd Empathy: You pay attention to Bitcoin exchange rates and drone delivery services as much as the next nerd, but you also recognize that you're building for a non-techie audience
  • Demonstrated experience in adopting product management best practices, standards, and policies
  • You think building stuff is fun, you believe helping people achieve positive health outcomes is amazing, and you bring that passion to work every day
