At IBM, you will use the latest software development tools, techniques and approaches and work with leading minds in the industry to build solutions you can be proud of.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThe process automation developer needs to have multiple years of experience developing applications using Business Process Modelling (BPM) software. This candidate will be in an IT leadership role in a team developing a custom application using IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM), so experience with ODM would be a plus. You will work very closely with both the business process owner team and the CIO development team to design, develop, test, implement and support the application to manage and automate the business rules, workflow and process for a very complex business process management system.Kyndryl will not be providing visa sponsorship for these positions now or in the future. Therefore, in order to be considered for this position, you must have the ability to work without a need for current or future visa sponsorship.Required Technical and Professional Expertise+ Developer with multiple years of experience in developing applications using Business Process Modelling (BPM) software.+ Multiple years of experience establishing methodology for capturing business rules, event processing requirements and agreeing with business users is required.+ Multiple years of experience in design and development of the following - Decision Table, Decision Tree, Action Rule (BRL), Technical Rule, Rule Flows, BOM and XOM, Synthetic Class, Function Task, Rule Task in in JRules / WODM / ODM.+ Experience with underlying knowledge of XML, XSLT, Java and JMS.+ Agile in adapting to a complex environment of frequent releases, overlapping development cycles whilst maintaining high productivity.+ Experience with frontend framework React and/or Angular+ Experience developing within micro-services architecture in Kubernetes+ Experience with DevOps Technology like Jenkins, Travis CI, etc.+ Experience with SOA/web services = REST, JSON, XML+ Experience writing, reviewing and documenting code+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and principles+ Familiarity with DevOps practices (Continuous Integration/ Delivery/ Monitoring/etc)+ Problem solving, interpersonal, and time management skills to handle high-pressure, complex situations effectively+ Demonstrated communication skills, and the ability to work directly with clients/customersPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise+ Knowledge and Expertise in IBM Operational Decision Manager 8.x version is preferred.+ Hands on Experience in authoring, DVS testing, publishing, and deploying business rules into Decision Center Business Console and Enterprise Console, Decision server/Rule Execution Server (RES) is preferred.+ Multiple years of experience developing business rule apps, defining vocabulary, complex rules using decision tables and other ODM constructs is preferred.+ Multiple years of experience providing application level tuning recommendations for optimizing ODM Decision server performance is preferred.About Business UnitThe IBM Finance organization is responsible for driving enterprise performance and transformation.
