Your Role and Responsibilities

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be selling Oracle consulting services across industries. The portfolio includes Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Platform and Oracle Platform as a service solutions. They will drive pipeline and value proposition. The BDE must have experience selling services for Oracle applications and have relationships with the Oracle sales organization on the Technology lines of business. In addition, they must have C-Level relationships with Oracle Top Enterprise Accounts and experience managing a territory, with quota over achievement. Experience should also include selling large multi million dollar, complex Services engagements for Cloud Infrastructure and Consulting Services.

Responsibilities include: working with the Oracle Technology and Cloud Infrastructure sales organization to identify opportunities, working with the IBM sales organization to position Oracle based solutions and identify opportunities, qualifying service opportunities, developing a sales strategy, working on proposals and client presentations. You will engage the appropriate IBM resources and subject matter experts and work to differentiate IBM in the sales process. You will work collaboratively with Oracle partners and other brands/organizations within IBM.

Your focus will be on hunting/finding leads, qualifying the leads, establishing win themes/differentiation for IBM, and establishing/improving client relationships.

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $144,000 to $222,000 and is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

* At least 3 years experience in identifying and selling services for Oracle application(s)
* At least 3 years experience working with the Oracle sales organization
* At least 3 years experience in strategic selling, which includes crafting and presenting a value proposition, including a client-specific solution (solution elements include benefits, roadmap, solution approach, project plan, timelines and resource requirements)
* At least 2 years experience and selling expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Solutions
* At least 3 years experience selling Lift & Shift ERP projects, Cloud Migrations, Managed Services and Hosting with a major On Premise ERP like E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft or JD Edwards

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

* At least 5 years experience in identifying and selling services for Oracle application(s)
* At least 5 years experience working with the Oracle sales organization
* At least 5 years experience in strategic selling, which includes crafting and presenting a value proposition, including a client-specific solution (solution elements include benefits, roadmap, solution approach, project plan, timelines and resource requirements)
* At least 3 years experience and selling expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI & OCI Classic), Oracle PaaS
* At least 5 years experience selling Lift & Shift ERP projects, Cloud Migrations, Managed Services and Hosting with a major On Premise ERP like E Business Suite, PeopleSoft or JD Edwards
* At least 3 years of working closely with Offering Teams for Cloud Managed Services with Oracle ERP
