The Digital Consulting Practice is focused on accelerating the transformation of the FS industry into the digital age. We assist our clients at all stages of their digital transformation journey, from strategy and disruption to building digital solutions and finally scaling their digital transformation programs through Digital Engineering Centers.
We engage with clients to help them understand and leverage disruptive technologies such as Blockchain, AI / Machine Learning and Cloud, which we believe will shape the future of the industry. We fill a niche in the market as a digital and innovative consultancy focused on complex problems, which can scale better than small niche consultancies and can deal better with complex FS-specific problems than commodity technology players.
We work with clients around the globe, using New York, Toronto, London, Singapore and Sydney as bases for our onshore consulting staff and delivering projects with teams in Eastern Europe.

You will work alongside a strong, global team of individuals with diverse backgrounds and skills to:
Engage with customers and define how our Digital value proposition can assist them on their transformation journey
Work closely with the global Digital Consulting SMEs to formalise a Digital value proposition relevant to North America and stay abreast of business and technology trends within the region
Own all technical pre-sales and client engagements in the region
Take responsibility for target revenue / margin for the practice in the region
Take on management responsibility of the team in the region as support to the global delivery team, focusing on staff engagement on-site
Engage hands-on in advisory and consulting pieces of work for clients
Contribute to thought leadership publications such as Tech Spark:
Strong understanding of the financial services industry
Architecture skills, with a broad understanding of the different areas within Digital (User Experience, UI technologies, Big Data, Data Science, AI and Machine Learning, DevOps and Cloud computing) and the ability to engage senior stakeholders on strategic conversations related to these topics
Superb communication skills
An entrepreneurial mindset, passion for technology, energy and a very collaborative approach to working
Willingness to travel across the region to engage with customers
Deep expertise in one or many of the following areas: User Experience, UI technologies, Big Data, Data Science, AI and Machine Learning, DevOps and Cloud computing
Experience outside of financial services with Digital Transformation initiatives
Experience working with offshore / nearshore teams
The role will be based in our Wall Street office in New York City
10 years+ of architecture / solution architecture experience within Financial Services, preferably Investment Banking, Asset Management or Wealth Management
3 years+ of experience leading or contributing to Digital Transformation initiatives within end-client organisations, as a permanent member of staff or a consultant
