POSITION: Multiple Positions - Salesforce Technical Architects and Salesforce Developers
LOCATION: All major Cities within USA
DURATION: Full Time Positions (Visa Transfer Candidates Considered)
SALARY: Excellent Compensation + bonus + 401K (with 6% match)
TRAVEL: 50%+ travel after COVID

THERE ARE TWO ROLES As LISTED BELOW:

ROLE I: Salesforce Technical Architect:

Function as the Salesforce Technical Architect. Lead the Salesforce business or technology architecture. Your responsibility will be to plan how large projects will be delivered, oversee the solution design and implementation, manage the progress of the team and activities, and confirm that work product meets the companies' and clients' quality standards. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor/coach staff and contribute to sales activities.

Expectations:

  • Client Service: Advise client on leading practices and technology/industry trends, application/integration architecture, solution design, and implementation leading practices.
  • Delivery: Bring the functional/technical experience and knowledge to deliver solutions that allow clients to achieve their business strategy.
  • Business Development: Participate in sales pursuits as a pursuit team member or subject matter advisor.
  • People Development: Perform role of mentor and coach to help others achieve their career objectives.
  • Contribute to go-to-market and internal initiatives that drive the growth of the practice, drive efficiency and profitability, improve quality, and increase our staff's knowledge.

Qualifications Required:

  • Eight+ years of consulting and/or CRM implementation experience
  • Four full life-cycle Salesforce implementations with strong expertise in two of the following modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, App Cloud
  • Experience managing at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of CRM solutions
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other)
  • Travel 60 % to 80% (While 80% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID- 19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field or the equivalent number of years of experience

Qualifications Preferred:

  • Previous "Big 4" experience
  • Salesforce Certifications
  • Experience with Wave Analytics, Lightning, AI, Blockchain Eloqua, Exact Target or Marketo
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills in MS PowerPoint and Visio
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Experience presenting to clients or other decision-makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
  • Expertise in other technology domains (Data, Cloud storage, integrations, etc.)

ROLE II: Salesforce Developer:

Function as Salesforce Senior developer. Your core responsibilities will be prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, development in APEX, DevOps. Integrations, data migration, deployments, Visualforce, and lightning Aura.

Qualifications Required:

  • Four+ years consulting & client facing experience
  • Experience with 2-4 full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations
  • Strong knowledge and expertise with two of the following cloud platforms: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, App Cloud
  • Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions in client- facing and team leadership roles (e.g. technical lead)
  • Development experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Force.com or Java/J2EE.
  • Experience defining technical solutions, gathering systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
  • Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other)
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel up to 80-100% (While 80-100% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field or equivalent number of years of experience

Qualifications Preferred:

  • Experience contributing to pre-sales and other sales activities
  • Ability to work independently and run multiple task assignments
  • Experience with enterprise environments
  • An advanced degree in the area of specialization
  • Experience implementing other CRM platforms (SAP CRM, Oracle Sales Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
  • CPQ Technologies (Big Machines, Apttus, Cameleon)
  • Desire to learn additional in-demand CRM platforms including SAP CRM, Oracle Sales Cloud or other solutions
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Solid presentation skills
  • Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
