Our Business Transformation Consultants help drive large scale change that spans IBM business units and geographies. As a part of this team, you will have the unique opportunity to be a part of driving IBM's ongoing transformation as a company that continuously innovates and leads the market.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesSupports the staff acquisition process for the hiring and movement of staff and applicants including supporting the adjudication of qualifications and veteran's preference maintenance of applicant registers and management of automated systems in support of staffing records management personnel management and database accountability. Requires Delegated Examining Unit (DEU) Certification. Works under the discretion of the Staffing Specialist Senior and/or other HR managers/supervisors.May be delivered from the following major cities and surrounding areas: Preferred location is Washington, DC but will also consider Dallas, TX; Hampton Roads, VA; Milwaukee, WI; Rocket Center, WVRequired Technical and Professional Expertise+ Knowledgeable in the end to end federal staffing process for hiring and movement of federal personnel and applicants.+ Maintain records and automated systems for staffing, records management, personnel management, and database accountability.+ Requires DEU Certification.+ Manage junior staff.+ Works under the discretion of the Staffing Specialist Senior and/or other HR managers/supervisors.+ At least three years of experience in federal staffing processes.+ At least one years of experience in federal staffing processes.Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise+ Meeting planning+ Group and meeting facilitation+ Experience within Department of Commerce+ Prior shared services or transition experience+ At least three years of experience in federal staffing processes+ Experience using automated applicant tracking systems and other systems to supporting hiring and onboardingAbout Business UnitIBM Services is a team of business, strategy and technology consultants that design, build, and run foundational systems and services that is the backbone of the world's economy.
