All the technology we build is free and open source.This role is a full-time remote position, and you're free to work from anywhere. Be advised that most team meetings occur between 8 am and 12 pm Pacific Time (UTC-8/-7). If you're applying from a location where these hours are outside your usual working hours, we expect you to adapt to our meeting times.What you will be doing:Administer, manage and maintain the GSuite and back-office ecosystem.Provide administration oversight for day-to-day activities in GSuite admin console, 3rd party tools, and some homegrown utilities.Evaluate and recommend new GSuite and back-office features/ enhancements.Lead and facilitate enterprise rollout of custom solutions that integrate back-office functionality and work productivity.Evaluate, prioritize, follow up and resolve new issues & problem scenarios.Manage hardware and software inventories and related company policies.Setup Analytics digital properties, enable dashboards & reports, troubleshoot, and resolve issues pertaining to improper or inadequate reporting.Take ownership of the overall company account management process integrated with enterprise IAM. Develop new system processes and improve existing ones for efficient account lifecycle management.Oversee email and data retention activities to comply with legal records retention policies.Partner with Security & Audit to enforce strict cross-platform security and audit controls.Collaborate with other technical and functional teams to Document and support business rules, system operating procedures that pertain to the Tendermint platforms. Enhance documentation periodically for currency and relevance.Act as the single point of contact for incidents, perform business impact assessments, coordinate and carry out suitable resolution involving key technical teams. Provide problem resolution reports/dashboards for management as required.Periodically analyze trouble tickets, identify gaps, create and carry out new solutions, document and train staff globally.We're looking for someone who has:2+ years related experience in managing corporate back-office systems.Strong expertise in administration and configuration of enterprise tools.Strong expertise in email, email infrastructure, mail transfer protocols, mail access protocols, email security, spam, phishing, and virus protection.Be a self-starter, with good time management skills, able to manage multiple activities simultaneously while requiring little or no oversight and/ or direction.Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a distributed team environment.Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills with the ability to apply new technologies, concepts, & functionality to solve problems and implement solutions.Comprehend the relationship between company policies, business & technical processes, and procedures.Able to create design documents, system operating procedures & FAQs.Nice to have:2+ years of experience administering GSuite for an enterpriseSetup, integration, and administration of SAAS-based solutions for the enterprise.Working knowledge of web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, JS, Google App Engine, and building cloud-based enterprise applications (GCP, AWS)Working knowledge of SDLC, Cloud-based web application development concepts and principles, SAAS integration for an enterprise, web content management.What we offerThe opportunity to be part of building the future of the InternetFlexible work scheduleExcellent benefits like educational budget, fitness, and well-being spendFlexible PTOHealthcare, Dental, and Vision insurance 100% covered for employees in the US401K Match in the USCompetitive salary, including equity.Tendermint in the news:://
