We are seeking enthusiastic, career-mindedprofessionals to join our Inside Sales Team as an Inside Sales Manager sellingour Data Center portfolio. The Inside Sales Manager position will be responsible for uncoveringopportunities, selling the benefits of the full catalogue of Lenovo productsand selling against the competition. This individual will lead a department ofinside sales representatives in selling Lenovo products, services, solutionsto clients through inbound and outbound phone calls. Responsibilities include: • Develop and cultivate client relationships as well as achieving profit andrevenue objectives • Be a leader in building and developing processes driving clientsatisfaction, operational efficiency, new account development, repeat sales,product upgrades, problem resolution, sales campaign programs, and businesscontrols to maximize results • Ensure that products, services and solutions recommended to clients willfulfill their needs • Manage a team of inside sales representatives • Acquisition and transition opportunities • Manage all aspects of complex sales and drive to close. The successfulcandidate will have demonstrated team building and leadership experience. Key Candidate Skills of Interest- • Looking for an individual with extensive Channel Experience and strongcustomer/ partner engagement Skills • An individual that possesses Mid-Market/ SMB Industry expertise & experience • Seeking an individual that is capable of building out and leading the charge • Uncovering and closing net new opportunities by driving outbound sales viaprospecting via phone and email campaigns • Strategic leadership providing vision and rep level guidance that is notproduct focused, but industry focused (i.e. VDI, IOT/ Edge, Blockchain, AI/Big Data, DevOps) • Master of Account/ Territory Ownership, True E2E deal management, soundpipeline/ forecasting management skills This role will be based out of our Morrisville, NC headquarters, and reportinto the NA Data Center business.#### Position Requirements: Minimum Requirements: • BS or BA degree; or equivalent experience • 3+ years previous sales team leadership and/or management required • 3+ years of Server Sales knowledge is required • Must have worked in a quota-carrying sales environment; 5+ years Preferred Requirements: • Previous field (outside) sales experience and inside sales experiencepreferred • Experience with hiring and working with talent acquisition to identify toptalent • Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and ability to influenceothers. • Demonstrated experience in showing quarter over quarter growth in salesrevenue with large accounts • Face-to-Face customer engagement experience • Ability to travel throughout NA in the field with inside sellers as neededWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against anyemployee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age,religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basisof disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
