If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Kyndryl HR Operational Controls Leaders support the HR teams in the geo/ countries assigned to them, primarily Benefits (including Cars), Pension Benefits Management, Payroll, Medical Clinical Services and Mobility. This role provides pro-active and professional controls support and guidance to the Country / Regional / Global Process Owner management to ensure HR process execution effectiveness, positive controls posture, compliance to policies & Sarbanes Oxley, audit readiness and mitigation of risks. You work with process owners to identify emerging risks in the internal and external environment and highlight risks to management and recommend effective, efficient risk based solutions. You also identify and deliver automized solutions to transform the HR operations.Responsibilities include:+ Actively monitor controls posture pro-actively identifying areas for improvements.+ Support HR process owners during Internal Audits, Corporate Business Controls & proactive control reviews and process walk throughs.+ Work with process owners to develop recommendations, and track action plans to closure.+ Work with process owners to ensure controls are clearly defined to mitigate risk.+ Perform testing and collaborate with process owners on the testing results, reporting the results and any follow up needed on defects found.+ Monitor management system & governance to ensure clarity of roles, and accountability for controls posture providing MSAC, WWBCIT& SOX consolidation & reporting support.+ Identify and develop automized solutions to transform the HR processes, for example using Data Science & automation tools+ Provide subject matter expertise with a strong focus on data protection and privacy (including the implementation of data regulations)+ Provide Data Privacy subject matter expertise and leadership, work with HR teams to ensure Privacy Assessments are in place when applicable and provide data privacy advice to the HR teams+ Execute with the Country Process Owner lessons learned proactive activities and improvement programs based on need to address pervasive issues.+ Enable extended network through collaboration, best practice sharing and knowledge exchange, training, education, mentoring.+ Provide business controls support for other countries (outside of geo/country) as requested.+ Special ProjectsRequired Technical and Professional Expertise+ Previous HR experience OR Internal Audit / Business Controls experience+ Data Privacy & Risk Management knowledge+ Knowledge of controls programs and the ability to interpret and apply corporate policies and practices+ Highly functional in the use of data analysis tools and techniques. Able to propose / identify / develop automated solutions to manual problems.+ Exercise a high degree of analytical ability and creativity.+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills: able to influence and interact well at senior levels within the organization+ Strong negotiation skills for regular interaction with other peers, stakeholders and management to conclude negotiations resulting in common agreements+ Strong project management skills and ability to plan and leads projects.
